Xylan Coatings

Nickel Coating



Chemical nickel plating process is a chemical, as opposed to electroplating, requires no power supply for the deposit. Nickel is deposited on the surface through a process of a metal "autocatalytic", which deposits the coating of uniform density on the surface being plated.

Electro-less nickel plating process has many advantages over "electrolytic processes in a technical environment. The coating can be used where a hard, corrosion resistant surface is required. A major advantage of this process is that it is possible to cover the entire surface of a homogeneous matter, including internal, as opposed to electrolytic processes which have difficulty paying for the areas behind and internal, and can result in an excessive accumulation of points, angles, etc.

This may represent a considerable savings compared to 'Hard Chrome "(an electrolytic process). H2S Corrosion Coating



Hydrogen sulfide is a chemical compound with the formula H2S name. Chemistry is just two hydrogen atoms bonded to a sulfur atom. Hydrogen sulfide gas is commonly associated with smell of rotten eggs and flatulence. It is a natural substance found in volcanic eruptions, natural gas and even some wells. In fact, Jefferson pools located in Hot Springs, Virginia, hosted by Thomas Jefferson, its medicinal use also contain dissolved gas concentrations of hydrogen sulfide and actually emit a sweet smell of rotten eggs. This compound is also found in human environments such as industrial fuel refineries, sewage / wastewater pumping and treatment facilities, and even some paper mills.
